-These beautiful handcrafted Peruvian style wood cajons sound as good as they look! Each one lovingly built and finished by a master craftsman.
Specs:
- SOUND: Depending on the wood and hand placement these have a bright upbeat sound or low boomy tone! These cajons are traditional style without snare springs built in but do have corner slap to simulate the snare sound.
- TONE WOODS: Tone wood is Maple with either Cherry, Walnut, Ebony, Olive or Bloodwood trims -all beautifully handcrafted and finished. Cajons pictured above are examples. Additional pictures can be provided upon request.
-FINISH: Each one is hand-rubbed, oil satin finish bringing out the natural beauty of the woods.
-DIMENSIONS: 14"W x 18.5"T 12"D (Most cajons are 12" wide. these are 14" wide expanding tonal depth and bass response. All the cajons are the same size.
-Port: The 4" port is set centered upper 1/3rd.
- Rubber Pads on bottom added for stability.
