The owner (former working musician) has kept this Roland product in storage for many years. He is now downsizing his personal, keepsake items and selling numerous musical instruments.
At the end of the 1970s, the Roland Corporation introduced the world to the GR-300 analog guitar synthesizer. While there have been many advancements in music technology since then, the GR-300 remains the pinnacle of analog guitar synthesis.
The Roland GR-300 & G-505 guitar-synth combination has maintained a unique level of recognition, thanks in a large part, to the musical genius of numerous, prominent, talented, creatively articulate 1970s-80s artists.
Made in Japan.

The owner has made an attempt to play this instrument, but there seems to be a technical/electronic problem occurring.
Since this unique instrument has been un-played and stored for years, these Roland products should be taken to an appropriate Luthier/technician and cleaned, inspected, adjusted, repaired/tested, and setup for maximum playability. Guitar and control unit sold "as-is".
