Today, you are looking at this early 70s, Ernie Ball Earthwood Acoustic Guitar!

These don’t come up for sale too often, and they are becoming more rare as time goes by. But, that's not the only thing that makes this guitar stand out. This is probably one of the biggest guitar bodies we've ever seen! With a depth of 5.4 inches, it a real "big-boy" with plenty of volume, with massive tone and resonance. Another wild innovation with the 70s Earthwood guitars, is the bolt-on neck, making the neck feel a lot like an electric guitar.

If you haven't seen one of these guitars before, you're in good company! The collective response to opening the case of this vintage acoustic was pretty much: “Yup…never seen that before!”

The Ernie Ball Earthwood Acoustic Guitar was a short-lived instrument, making them pretty scarce and hard to come by. The Ernie Ball Company manufactured only a limited-run of these Earthwood acoustic guitars and acoustic basses.

Overall, it's in good condition, especially for its age, and some normal wear-and-tear for a 50ish year-old instrument.

This Ernie Ball Guitar includes a solid, thick, original, black carrying bag.

As you can see, the guitar needs strings of your choice, cleaning, adjustments, and a proper Luthier setup.

Asking price: $1895.00. Serious, local, in-person, cash-only buyers.

I am acting as an agent for the seller of this instrument. The former musician (now 83) is currently downsizing all his keepsake items. All funds collected from this sale will assist with the owner's living expenses.

This collectible guitar can be seen in Los Osos, California, after a convenient, coordinated date/time is scheduled with the owner.

NOTE: PLEASE LEAVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER, SO I MAY REFER YOUR POTENTIAL INTEREST TO THE GUITAR'S OWNER. EXPRESS A BRIEF COMMENT IN YOUR RESPONSE TO INDICATE YOU ARE A DEDICATED, SINCERE, AUTHENTIC, "NO-SCAM" BUYER.

Appreciate your interest.
