Geeluxe 6G3 Lite:
I’m in a downsizing phase of my inventory of guitar amps, and will be offering a few other amps too. In 2025, I personally built this clone of an early 60’s Fender Brownface era Deluxe 6G3. I have omitted the stock tremolo circuit. The stock circuit’s flubby low end has been narrowed and tightened. The Normal channel’s stock circuit has been modified to a more British Plexi flavor. The Bright channel is still pure ZZ Top Brownface. I also modified the stock bias circuit to have an adjustable bias potentiometer. The amp still outputs about 20 watts with vintage spec circuit voltages. Killer old school rocking tube tones with amazing dynamic response!
My cost of parts for this build was just under $1100. Therefore, this amp is built with very high quality parts sourced from the finest vendors. Due to the nature of the eyelet circuit board, the amp is very easily serviceable and also very mod friendly should you choose to do so.
