The guitar is a 1959 date by serial number on the plate and is a dual humbucker White guitar made famous by David Bowie. This was his personal favorite guitar model, according to his guitarist, Earl Slick.
Guitar plays great and has good action and sounds fine. The pots are off a bit so the mix of sound is different, but these are really good pickups and sound fantastic.
The amplifier is also a Supro, 2x12" Gray bass amp, Model 88T. It has dual Jensen speakers and all the original components. This was wired with an accessory output jack so you can drive a second speaker cabinet for more power or volume. These amplifiers are particularly good for guitar or accordion.
You just don't find a set like this very often. Both the guitar and the amplifier are in amazing condition. Contact me to check it out!
