2012 Ducati Streetfighter 1098 with one of a kind hand machined aluminmum alloy - $10,700 (San Luis Obispo)

Known fuel tank (plastic) expansion issue due to ethanol (issue for all Ducati from the same generation) has been taken care by fully custom hand made aluminum alloy tank from Italy by a local engineering shop that builds fuel tanks in small batches for Ducati and Ferrari (took about a year to get after ordering - and super rare find, this is a one of a kind and a piece of art!!)Custom paint (aluminum stipe is bare with clear coat to show off the tank beauty) — spent several grand for this upgrade plus painting by a painter in the US. Also other tasteful upgrades like rizoma, carbon parts, etc over time on the bike. See pictures.
Last serviced 2/22/25 at 33345 miles. This latest service included, oil change, new tires, chain sprockets, clutch seal, etc it was $1958, nothing spared and always well kept.
Current mile is ~34000 so barely ridden in about a year. Have all my records- owned since 2015.
Bike services done at San Jose, Advanced Cycle Services (great Ducati service shop).
Nothing needed - super well kept. Ready to be ridden. Starts up like a dream.

Selling because I barely ride anymore unfortunately…and an enthusiast can enjoy this beast. I am spending more time cleaning the dust off the bike so I think it’s time for me to pass it on.
Used this as my fair weather commuter bike when I used to live in SF Bay Area… before Covid.
