I have a Segway ninebot d40x scooter that goes 18.6 mph and 23.5 miles and it does both well also has 10 in wheels not the tiny 7 or 8 in wheels it's also built solid and won't snap . it's a Segway guarantee it's better than any scooter like it for going under 20 mph ..it was over 800 new and is a n great condition this thing is fun check it out give me a message thanks
