We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Technician for a growing manufacturing company. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in ensuring products meet high-quality standards and enjoys working hands-on with production teams. Strong math skills and experience using precision measurement tools are required. Experience with injection molding is a strong plus, as well as experience performing quality checks on molded or machined parts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform inspections, measurements, and tests to ensure compliance with specifications
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and measurements
• Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure products meet specifications
• Identify and investigate quality issues and non-conformances (NCRs)
• Work collaboratively with management, sales, and production teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions
• Assist management with customer quality inquiries and concerns and investigation of quality-related issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company, ISO, and regulatory quality standards
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment
• AS9100 certification is a strong plus
• Experience with precision measurement tools and reading blueprints/technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good computer skills for data entry, reporting, and quality tracking systems
• Working knowledge of common office software programs, including Microsoft Excel and Word
