United Staffing Associates is recruiting Manufacturing Assemblers at multiple skill levels for a growing aerospace defense manufacturer. Whether you are starting your manufacturing career or bring years of aircraft assembly experience, we are seeking dependable individuals who take pride in producing high-quality work.
Manufacturing Assemblers perform a variety of assembly operations including reading blueprints and work instructions, drilling, fastening, hardware installation, mechanical assembly, quality inspections, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities vary by level and may range from basic assembly tasks to complex structural assembly, system installations, mentoring team members, and supporting production improvement initiatives.
Candidates will be considered for placement based on their experience, technical skills, qualifications, and demonstrated abilities. Compensation is determined by the requirements and responsibilities associated with each level.
Qualifications
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions (level-dependent)
• Manufacturing, assembly, aerospace, automotive, military, or related experience preferred
• Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork
• Technical degrees and/or relevant certifications desirable (IPC 610, IPC 620)
Schedule & Pay Rate
• $19.00 - $39.00/hour
• Full-time, temp-to-hire
• Various shift times available starting as early as 6am and ending as late as 11:30pm
