The Implementation Manager is responsible for planning, executing and closing within scope, budget and timeline. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources and ensuring project objectives align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines and budgets
Coordinate cross-functional teams and allocate resources effectively
Monitor progress, identify risks and implement strategies
Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Business, Management or related field (PMP certification desired, but not necessary)
Proven experience managing projects end-to-end
Strong support, communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management tools
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
