These slabs were cut from a fallen ancient redwood in Humboldt county, land of 2000 year old redwoods and the tallest tree in the world. Old growth redwood is one of the finest woods in the world. No longer harvested (thank God), it is increasingly rare, especially in these specs.
Each slab is 2” thick and 12” high. The larger box is 8 feet square; the smaller box is 4 feet square.
There are five 3” x 4” posts, each roughly 48” high.
There is one additional smaller slab measuring 2” thick x 12” high x 41.5” length.
