Hey there! My name is Josh Caballero. I have been applying myself to the study, research, and practice of the art and science of bodybuilding for over 8 years. Through long processes of trial and error and experimentation, I have come to reap the benefits that a healthy diet and exercise brings, and have developed a program that works for me. I believe it could also work for you. With results that I have achieved I constantly get approached by people who ask me how I did it and if I could train them. Until a couple years ago I never had any interest in it, however I accepted my first client in March of (2016) and have seen his results skyrocket due to our training sessions. This encouraged me to pursue a career in Personal Training, and I have taken on multiple clients since and seen them reach major breakthroughs - both mental and physical.

My hours are very flexible as I train out of a 24 hour fitness facility in Grover beach, it is 35$ a month for a membership there, no contract, and no sign up fee.
My workout style is primarily HIIT (high intensity interval training) using both body weight and barbells/dumbbells in a fashion designed to maximize fat loss and overall performance enhancement. I also work with clients to build lean muscle mass. My exercise programming is all tailored to your goals.
My price is 40$/session.
(Doesn't include meal plan, although one can be prescribed for additional cost)
