I have a small one bedroom Airbnb near Cal Poly. It is about 400sq ft and includes one bedroom with a queen bed, small bathroom, small living room and a couch with a hide a bed. There are typically 5-7 turnarounds per month and it takes about an hour to clean. I am looking for a regular cleaner.
$60 per cleaning.
You would need to be able to clean on weekdays and weekends and sometimes would need to do same day turnarounds within 4hrs (between 11am and 3pm) with back to back stays. You would have access to the Airbnb calendar to see updates in real time.
