We are a reputable Roofing company based out of the Southern California area. We have been in business for over 4o years and have an excellent reputation in our community. We are expanding our business to the central coast. We are seeking experienced and licensed roofers for hire or contract.

Roofing crew preferred.
- We are hoping to find an already put together roofing crew that we can potentially contract our business with. In particular our large commercial and residential jobs.
However, experienced individuals will also be needed, with the possiblity to form a fresh, reliable crew. Or to have reliable employees able to handle small 1-2 man jobs.
Qualifications for both positions listed below. Pay for both positions will be rendered via check upon completion of each job and payment from customer.
Please note: this is not a job that provides a regular hourly, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly paycheck. Pay is based on the number of jobs preformed, quality of each job, and square footage rate decided upon negotiations between the new hire and our company.
For individual hires-
Must:
- be a legal US citizen with all qualifying documents
- have at least 3 years experience
- be presentable
- be able to communicate well
- customer service oriented
- be respectful in interactions with customers and employees
- work well with others and on a team
- have a clean back ground and strong work history
- have transportation
- have reliable phone and email
- be honest
- be able to take leadership
- be able to teach others respectfully
- possess a positive attitude
- be a problem solver
- be able to handle stressful situations with a calm, logistical thought
- honest and willing to do the right thing at all times
- experience with various types of repair
and re-roof jobs
- have all necessary tools

For Roof Crew Hire-
Must:
- be a US citizen with all qualifying documentation
- have at least 3-5 years experience
- have contractors license
- have employees/helpers
- have workers comp and all necessary insurance
- have truck, tools and all necessary safety equipment
- maintain compliance regulations for all necessary contraction institutions
- be available for and prioritize upcoming jobs
- have excellent communication and customer service skills
- have excellent follow through skills
- be able to assess a job and provide a knowledgeable estimate to the customer
- be honest
- reliable
- a good team player
- a strong leader
- possess a positive attitude
- be a problem solver
- able to handle stressful situations with a calm, logistics thought process
- know how to do commercial roof coatings or be willing to obtain education
