**Local Water Well Drilling Company**
We are looking for a hardworking, dependable **Driller's Assistant** to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating heavy equipment, and learning a skilled trade.
**Requirements:**
* CDL preferred (not required)
* Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
* Must be able to lift **50 lbs or more**
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Mechanically inclined is a plus
* Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
* Safety-minded and able to work well as part of a team
**Schedule:**
* 8–10 hour shifts
* Overtime may be available depending on workload
