What You'll Do
• Assist with the installation of residential landscape construction projects.
• Install irrigation systems, drainage, planting, mulch, sod, and landscape lighting.
• Assist with the installation of pavers, concrete, pathways, patios, fencing, and other landscape features.
• Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment.
• Follow project plans and directions from the Foreman and Project Manager.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule.
• Help maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
What We're Looking For
• At least one year of landscape construction experience is preferred.
• Experience with irrigation, planting, pavers, concrete, and fencing.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more.
• Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company.
• Valid California driver's license is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
