We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This position supports technicians with tasks related to installing, maintaining, and repairing communication infrastructure. No telecom experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety‑minded, and able to follow directions in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist telecom technicians with job site setup and cleanup
Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment
Dig trenches, place conduit, and support underground/overhead cable installation
Operate basic hand and power tools safely
Handle and move reels, ladders, and materials as directed
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Follow all safety protocols, including traffic and job‑site safety procedures
Assist with Two-Way traffic control
Qualifications:
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation to job sites
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Experience with hand tools or construction labor is a plus
Willingness to learn new skills in the Telecom trade
