Responsibilities:
• Perform hands-on construction work, contributing to the creation of uniquely crafted homes where each project is treated as a work of art.
• Lead small crews of all experience levels in executing field activities for high-end custom residential builds.
• Manage small scopes in larger projects in allotted time frames.
• Problem solve on small and large scale projects.
• Learn about innovative building materials for the best in sustainability, performance, and beauty, while working alongside true artisans.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Required Skills & Characteristics:
• Broad experience across multiple construction trades, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience preferred. Experience in framing/carpentry, waterproofing, window and door installation, siding, and finish carpentry is especially desirable.
• Supervise and lead a small team of workers of varying skill levels, providing guidance and mentorship while ensuring quality workmanship, safe and organized jobsites, and a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Perform strenuous physical activity for long periods of time.
• Ability to execute work with limited supervision.
• Possess experience and ownership of tools.
• Follow instructions and see a task through to completion.
• Demonstrate initiative and maintain a positive attitude.
• Show up on time and remain engaged with a project to completion.
• Communicate in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Have an interest in sustainability (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits:
• Classification: Full-time, Hourly / Non-Exempt
• Schedule: M-F / 8 hrs / Start time: 7:30 am / End Time: 4 pm
• Compensation: $42-$46/ hr
• Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
