Young married employed couple expecting first baby looking for rental preferably in the North county. We are both employed professionals with good jobs and excellent credit as well as rental history. Looking for preferably a two-bedroom or three. We are willing to pay an extra pet deposit and also come with excellent references, both personal professional and rental. Do you have anything coming up or happen to know of anyone? We prefer a house but are open to the right place if it's an apartment ,condo or townhouse. We are currently living in a one-bedroom apartment in San Luis Obispo and will need to give notice if we find a place. We are currently on a month-to-month. Would like to go no more than 2,300 per month as we like many young couples are trying to save to buy our first home. Thank you
