Former landlords will confirm I took impeccable care of their properties (and animals when asked) treating them as my own.
I come with a team comprised of a Chincoteague watch-horse ( If you are not set up for a horse, hopefully I could board her nearby). I won’t need to ride on your property. I also have an Olympic rodent consuming barn cat and a Labrador-mix dog who sings on request (really). My pets have their own references from former landlords. I keep my dog contained and take him with me when off property.
I have a presentable 25’
vacation trailer I can bring but would prefer a guest house, cottage, loft, cabin, barn-apartment or house.
