Housing wanted/ I have one (Nipomo)
I have a 1 bed available now. I had it rented and it fell through.
So it's ready to go to the right lowkey responsible tenant.
This is very spacious, with high ceilings and large closets, clean and close to gas, groceries and pretty much everything
I'm a private owner, just needs someone to pay the rent on time so I can pay the mortgage. Must be respectful of the home and to surrounding area.
