Cooler climate needed..ASAP.. Garden ambiance. Ocean Breeze.. Peace and Quiet.
Do you have A bit of land and could accommodate an RV ? And do you also have a separate dwelling of sorts ... or maybe a house share opportunity ?? I'm a mature , long time area local- no smoking , drama , mental crises, or criminal issues. Just a loner / artist/ garden enthusiast. Love most all kinds of music ..but not that loud.. fresh air, cooler summer area. Farm Pets fine . I rarely would go out at night ,so make a good watch person ( in case you do ) Enjoy cooking ,crafty things growing a few Vegs. . Tending the Roses and succulants.... good conversations occasionally. But again mostly a solo soul.
If you value a good reliable safe person more than an exhorbant amount of rent $$ , give me a reply. Slo city is too hot for me so looking for asap. Thank You.
