Hi Craigslist. I'm a retired, single male. I'm looking for a house that is private, quiet and that can accommodate a small dog to rent. I'm very responsible and quiet. I always pay my rent on the first of every month by automatic withdraw. I've been in the same place for about 10 years but it's time for a change. I can pay up to $1,500 a month. Also, I have no criminal history. I need to give my current manager 30 days notice, of course. Thank you. :)
