Hi there, I am getting ready to get my house tented for termites. I live in Morro Bay. I'm a respectful homeowner and I do have one 17-year-old cat. I am looking for a rental probably for anywhere from a couple of weeks to a month .Why the house is being tented It will be for myself and a friend that I rent a granny unit to. My cat has his sandbox and has never had an accident in the house. You can even come and inspect my home to see no smells around here. We are very clean, well except for the termites but there's nothing I can do about that. Except tent it of course. I'm getting ready to put down some new flooring and a new kitchen. So quite possibly would be great if I could rent the place for a month. I would like not to break the bank as I am trying to be frugal with the home improvement cost. I am currently looking on Airbnb and VRBO. Just thought I would put it on Craigslist to see what kind of replies I might get. Thank you!
