My name is Louis! I'm 31 years old and I just moved down from Santa Cruz after living there for 9 years. I’m currently in a temporary rental arrangement and am looking to move into my next place anytime in September. I'm most likely going to decide on a space that is about 450sqft or larger, or that has some storage to compensate. Somewhere between $1600-2300, depending on the space of course. Somewhere between SLO and Arroyo Grande is preferred. I'm most likely looking to live alone, but I'm open to finding a shared space as well.
For the last two and a half years I worked as the Operations and Wine Club Manager for MJA Vineyards in Santa Cruz. My father and I are currently finalizing the purchase of a laundromat in the county, which should close in the next 2 months. I'll be receiving a salary immediately, and once the business is profitable, my income will increase even further. I’ll also be finding additional employment in the next few weeks. I have ample savings and great support from my family (who would be happy to co-sign if needed) as well. I have a credit score of about 800 as well as great rental references.
A bit about me: My passion in life is meditation/spirituality, so I’d love to find a private quiet place to do just that! I also love to read, play classical guitar (beginner/intermediate), play table tennis and go on frequent hikes in nature. I’m a pretty quiet person and typically keep a pretty small friend group who are like minded. I am trying to get out there more though!
