I am currently looking for a living situation miracle.
I'm coming out of an 11 year relationship that has left me mentally, emotionally and financially drained. Starting from square one trying to stay optimistic.
I work full time in SLO, I don't have hobbies or friends/family in this area, it's just me and my cat now.
I'm looking for a studio, granny unit, guest house, room with private entrance, anything small, preferably with a kitchen, for me and my boy cat who is well mannered and has lived indoors his entire life.
My budget is small, I can pay monthly 500-800 while I get back on my feet. Deposit is rough in this area, but I can make that in payments.
I hope to find a place by the end of December, sooner is always better.
