Name: Ash. 6 months old. Regular size. Well-behaved around people and a good boy. Kind and attentive to hens and knows how to free-range, dance, and keep watch. Easter egger, australorp, and phoenix mix.

Please tell us about his new flock first. We're looking for a home that won't abuse him. A note to any new chicken keepers: roosters crow all hours and are loud. We crate and put away our boys at night and let them out late, for instance. Having several roosters in a flock can also be tricky.
