Joel Salatin inspired "mini brooder" measuring 8' x 8' which is large enough (Cornish Cross meat birds / broilers) to comfortably raise 100 to 3 weeks of age. Can hold more birds and for longer if used for raising egg layers. It is bolted to a low profile trailer but can easily be removed (via 6 bolts) if desired.
Includes Plasson bell waterer / drinker, 11" x 40" Sweeter Heater, external 110V plug, thermometer, and scissor jacks on all 4 corners.
Windows prop open at desired levels and have magnets to keep them closed. Features a latching clean out door plus the floor, walls, and both roof lids are insulated. Entire thing was primed and top coated with 2 layers of Sherman Williams exterior with the trim being redwood.
Solidly built, clean, and ready for use. I have 3 chicken tractors, Rite Farm electric scalder, and a Stromberg plucker for sale as well.
