Bear & The Wren is excited to expand into a full liquor program, introducing a thoughtful cocktail menu to complement our space and community. As we take this next step, we’re looking for a server who’s eager to be part of this new chapter—someone who brings strong hospitality instincts and helps create a seamless, elevated guest experience.
What You’ll Do
Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service to every guest
Guide guests through our menu, including cocktails, beer, wine, and food offerings
Collaborate closely with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Maintain a clean and organized service area
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
Help create a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of serving experience preferred
Strong communication and hospitality skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Interest in cocktails, food, and overall guest experience
A positive attitude and team-first mindset
Availability for nights and weekends
