Bear & The Wren is excited to expand into a full liquor program, introducing a thoughtful cocktail menu to complement our space and community. As we take this next step, we’re looking for bartenders who are eager to help shape and execute this new chapter—someone who brings both technical skill and creative energy to the bar.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency and attention to detail
Engage with guests in a warm, genuine, and knowledgeable way
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
Contribute to menu development and seasonal cocktail ideas
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of bartending experience (craft cocktail experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and flavor profiles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying composed
Excellent communication and hospitality skills
A positive attitude and team-first mindset
Availability for nights and weekends
