We are looking for a new coffee roaster! No experience necessary. If you are hard working and responsible, self-motivated, have a love for coffee, work well with others, can lift 20+ lbs over your head/50+ lbs generally, have some mechanical ability, and want to learn a skill that could turn into a vocation, we may be a good fit for you!

You must be out of high school, have a good driving record (to drive our deliver van), like working solo but interact well with baristas and customers, have a desire to dive into the world of specialty coffee, be detail-oriented and be creative.

The role starts at 20-25 hours a week, Monday-Friday, but there is room to increased hours and to make commission on wholesale coffee/coffee subscription sales. The job is 20 hour of roasting, bagging, customer service, and cleaning/maintenance… and up to another 20 hours of wholesale sales (which is paid commission for new wholesale accounts acquired by roaster).
