The Hatch Rotisserie & Bar is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team in downtown Paso Robles.
We're a whiskey-forward restaurant and bar built around genuine hospitality, craft cocktails, great food, and a lively atmosphere. We work hard, move quickly, and hold ourselves to a high standard while maintaining a positive and professional culture.
We're looking for someone who can do more than make drinks. The right candidate understands that bartending is equal parts hospitality, craftsmanship, and leadership. They can manage a busy rail, connect with guests, support their teammates, and help create the energy that keeps people coming back.

Qualifications
2+ years of bartending experience preferred
Experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication and guest service skills
References from current or former employers preferred
Whiskey knowledge and craft cocktail experience are a plus, but not required
Primary Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits according to company standards
Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests at the bar and throughout the restaurant
Guide guests through beverage selections with confidence and professionalism
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the bar
Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities
Assist with inventory, product rotation, and bar prep as assigned
Work collaboratively with service staff, support staff, and kitchen team members
Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
Other duties as assigned
