Position: Part-Time Baker...which can turn into full time.

Schedule: Flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of specialty items with consistency and quality
Accurately follow and execute recipes without supervision
Manage baking schedule and workflow independently
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
Requirements:
Proven baking experience
Ability to work alone and stay productive without supervision
Strong attention to detail and consistency
