A well-established equipment sales and service organization is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to support daily operations within a busy service department. You will be the central point of coordination between customers, technicians, and management to ensure efficient workflow, timely repairs, and accurate billing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and service-related activities
• Provide administrative and documentation support for ongoing service work
• Serve as a communication liaison between internal teams and customers
• Support workflow organization and task prioritization to meet department goals
• Ensure records, documentation, and service information are accurate and complete
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in service coordination and use of diagnostic software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and internal software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a strong plus
Pay:
$27-$35/HR
