Position Details:
• Shifts: Friday and Saturday nights, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Compensation: $19/Hour
Responsibilities:
• Oversee nightly operations, including auditing daily transactions and preparing financial reports.
• Provide exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries and ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.
• Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our Opera operating system.
• Ensure the safety and security of the property during overnight hours.
• Assist with basic housekeeping or maintenance tasks if needed during the shift.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in hospitality or night audit is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Opera (or similar property management systems) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain focused during overnight hours.
• Timeliness and reliability are a must.
