Looking for farm land -rent to own (Arroyo Grande)

My wife and I have been farming organically for over a decade in SLO county and we are looking to purchase our first home and farm land, preferably with a rent to own option.
We have excellent credit (750/800+) and references. We also have funds to put down a deposit.
We are looking for land in the SLO to Nipomo area as this is the perfect climate for citrus and avocado. We would like a minimum of 1.5 acres for a small orchard and additional seasonal row crops such as heirloom tomatoes and a pumpkin patch.
We have all necessary organic and state registrations, insurance etc. Our clients are stores, restaurants and schools throughout SLO county.
Lastly, we are willing to sign an agreement stating the property will remain a farm and not be sold for development in case this is something important to you.
