Rare and vintage Fresno Guarantee Savings and Loan Association Matches in container. The original 60 matches are gold tipped and on the container it reads: “Guarantees Weather Beacon, High Atop, Guarantee Savings Building, Fulton Mall/Fresno Street”. The “G” rotated on top of the building. And it has the “G” in Green which means Cooler (Flashing-Rain); “G” in white means No change (Flashing-Rain); and “G” in Red means Warmer (Flashing-Rain).” Excellent condition with striker area underneath. Looks brand new. Probably from the early 1930’s. From father-in-law’s estate. See picture of the building.
