This salmon net was used on the salmon boat, Barbra Faye, based out of Coos Bay in Oregon in the 1950s. This net measures a whopping 9 feet 1 inch tall. It is made of wood with the handle wrapped in possibly some sort of animal intestines. Please see the photos. Very unique fishing item perfect for display or still could be used.
