Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Agricultural Fence Crew Foreman to lead a crew installing high-quality ranch, livestock, and agricultural fencing. This is a hands-on role requiring strong experience in welding, pipe fence construction, and wire fencing systems.
The foreman is responsible for running day-to-day field operations, maintaining strict quality control, hitting production targets, and serving as the primary point of contact with clients on-site.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a fence crew in daily agricultural fencing operations
- Perform and oversee welding (pipe, H-braces, gates, structural components)
- Install and supervise wire fencing systems (barbed wire, field fence, game fence, etc.)
- Ensure quality control at all times—no shortcuts
- Lay out jobs accurately (post spacing, brace locations, elevations, alignment)
- Plan daily production to meet schedule and footage goals
- Read and interpret plans, specs, and layout requirements
- Interface directly with clients in a professional manner on-site
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and site logistics
- Enforce safety standards and maintain an organized jobsite
- Train and develop crew members
- Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects moving

Qualifications
- Proven experience in agricultural fencing (pipe and wire systems required)
- Strong welding experience (stick welding preferred; structural pipe work)
- Experience running a crew or acting as a lead/foreman
- High attention to detail (straight lines, tight wire, solid welds)
- Ability to maintain production while upholding quality standards
- Strong communication skills and professionalism with clients
- Valid driver’s license required
- Class A license highly preferred
- Equipment experience (skid steer, post driver, etc.) preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus
