Nice little outboard, it's complete, and ran fine 20-years ago. That's me in the image with the trash can. I had just got the little motor, cleaned it up and tested it. It ran great! I ran it out of fuel, emptied the fuel tank, covered it and it's been in storage ever since.
I did not try to start it now, not without a once over and cleaning of the fuel system and maybe a new impellor.
