Chesapeake Light Craft Sassafras pack canoe kit.
I built this during Covid. It is 12' long and weighs only 28 lbs.
Super fun to paddle and it gets the looks. Comes with a nice wooden take apart paddle.
I set it up with mast that all can be removed. I made a cheesy Tyvek sail to play with.
I want to build another kit from the same company.
