Selling my beloved cruiser after many years. Ride this in any beach town and feel like an instant local. It has beautiful patina with great unrestored character. Cracked white paint sidewalls give it an extra vintage look. Take a peek at those original pedals too. It actually receives plenty of compliments regarding the "rough look".
I've included the serial number so you can do your own research. Serial number is stamped under the crank housing which was done mid 20th century on Schwinns. I've concluded that this is a Chicago factory Schwinn Cruiser made in December of 1958 purchased at Reeds Cyclery in San Jose, CA. Please let me know if you find anything that contradicts this in your research. In anycase, I don't want to let this go for less than $420. So with that said, come take a look knowing the price is solid.
26" wheels.
Aftermarket grips are worn and torn.
Seat is not original. Baskets are uncluded.
