I have a Segway ninebot scooter with a seat model d40 x it's super fun goes 18.6 mph and a max of 23.6 miles it's a 350 watt 48 volt motor it originally went 15 mph so yes the scooter is unlocked it has 10 in tires not little tiny ones it was originally over 800 when it came out in 2023 ..give me a text or message,the model is a Segway ninebot d40x with seat that is removable it's super fun I'm 6'1" and 200 pounds and I move along at 18 mph like nothing ..these scooters are so much fun compared to the motor bikes I'll never purchase another e bike as they are no where near the amount of fun you have on one of these scooters come try it out!!!
$400 might trade I got a new scooter that's goes 45 mph that's why I don't need this one anymore it's a great scooter I'd say Segway are one of if not the best brand to have give me a message or text thanks
