Up for sale is an original 1948 Anderson that originally came from a 1948 San Jose home. The owner was an Italian woman who have cooked thousands meal with the stove. She passed in her 90's and her son and daughter in law were living with her. They still cooked with the same stove until they decided to remodel the kitchen and made a mistake installing new countertop with 30" space for the stove. The stove is 36" wide. They were forced to sell the stove. I bought the stove about 5 years ago and it placed in an enclosed patio. I used the stove and works great.
Why I am selling the stove? I restored another stove that I liked. O'keefe and Merritt stove is common but don't see many of Anderson stove. The stove comes with 4 burners, griddle, broiler, well, and oven. They all work very well. The stove light was missing and I looked to find a close match to fit on the stove. The light blends well with the stove. I included a 1948 Mother Anderson cookbook.
Own this great stove for your home, patio, or backyard.
