I am mature: clean, quiet, responsible non-smoking, non-drinking/drugging lifelong resident of the central coast.
I have lived in my present home for nearly 5 years here in MB...never a missed or late rental payment. I have high (700's) FICO scores and a history of excellent recommendations. I am moving only because the owner, of this property, is selling.
I am looking to find a LONGTERM home to rent in/around either MB, LO, Cayucos. I do well in country/residential/urban settings.
My maximum rental payment is $1855 per month.
My date to move is flexible at this point.

FYI: CL makes posters choose certain of their housing options, so my listing is not perfectly accurate....I am open to a two bedroom with or without laundry access. I would appreciate a functional kitchen and more than 500 sq. ft.
