There is a porch area in front and also a brand new deck on the side that the tenants could use to view the towering pines and oak trees and listen to the sounds of the ocean.
The unit also has a Washer/Dryer exclusively for you located in a storage space, where some of your belongings could also be stored.
All utilities including high speed internet, electricity, water, trash and monthly professional cleaning are included. The unit has heaters in the living room and bedroom.
Maximum of two people would be allowed. No pets, please.
Open to month to month lease agreements. A deposit of one month's rent would be required. Rent is negotiable for somebody who wants to stay more than 3 months.
