Accounting, Tax and Payroll office has an opening for a seasoned professional with bookkeeping, payroll and tax experience. Fast paced, Team environment. Position offers a lot of variety, servicing clients in many different industries. OT required during tax season.
Tax - Processing individual and business tax returns. Tax planning projections.
Bookkeeping - Full charge bookkeeping for businesses in a variety of industries.
Payroll - Payroll processing, payroll tax deposits, multi-state payroll tax returns, certified payrolls, W2s, light HR and computer support for multiple companies; handling client inquiries and software technical support.
EDUCATION &EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. 3 - 5 years of tax, accounting and payroll experience. Proficient in Lacerte, Excel, Word and Quickbooks. Previous experience in Customer Service and technical support. Attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritized competing priorities.
