Buckley Springs Storage, a new high quality self-storage facility in San Luis Obispo seeking Management Staff with essential skills necessary to contribute to a thriving and impactful customer service centric environment.
Management will work as part of the leadership team, with responsibility in multiple areas of day to day operations, marketing and sales, facility upkeep and reaching facility goals.
This is a new facility that is not yet open; Great opportunity to be part of an opening team!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Actively engage and support facility opening in all facets
• Work schedule coordination with to ensure proper coverage during office hours.
• Assisting with marketing and promotions, both on site and off site.
• Retail sales activity
• Managing and balancing daily reports, billings, account collections and daily receipts
• Correspondence with customers
• Ensuring property is properly maintained and security is not compromised.
• Maintaining clean and presentable office and showroom area.
• Flexibility in work schedule, weekends are a must.
• Administrative and/or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to multi task in fluid environment
• Experience in storage industry is not a requirement but helpful.
• Verifiable references with past employers
• Valid CA Driver’s License
• Background check and drug test will be required prior to employment.
Compensation includes competitive hourly wage based on experience and includes competitive benefits package as well.
