We are looking for a responsible, experienced, professional Office Manager to support our staff and owners. Position offers a lot of variety with a great Team of professionals in a family environment. The duties include project management, bookkeeping, communicating with clients via email, in writing and on the phone. Coordinating and preparing work for staff and owners. OT required during tax season.

EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be an articulate communicator, a good listener and able to plan and prioritize workload with competing priorities. Strong attention to detail. Enjoy a fast pace and be able to adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with income tax laws, payroll and accounting terminology a plus. 3-5 years work experience in a professional office, billable time setting.
Strong people and team working skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe, Quickbooks, Lacerte, SurePrep and able to quickly learn new programs
Experience working in a paperless office
Skilled in business letter writing and correspondence. Able to prepare clear and concise letters, reports and other written materials
Communicate effectively on the phone and using email
Ability to take a proactive approach to customer service issues
Able to analyze data and draw logical conclusions, identifying and troubleshooting problems
Capable of performing accurate mathematical calculations
Ability to perform a variety of processing/record keeping clerical function
Able to response to and effectively prioritize multiple phone calls, emails and requests for services
Able to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with fellow team members, clients and owners
Willing invest time and energy to learn and grow professionally
