The room is pretty big and the closets are huge. They span the whole length of the ~12 foot room. My window faces east and has a great view of Bishop's peak, as does the living room window. We don't smoke.

The flatmate is a quiet and clean engineer who is easy to get along with.

The neighbors are quiet and parking isn't a problem. There's onsite laundry. Water and garbage are paid.

The apartment is super close to both poly and cuesta. I get on my bike on the hour and make it to class at 10 after every day.

The lease is up in August and if you want to stay there next year you'll have to talk to the property company. No pets.

If you want to rent out the apt yourself its only $800. But if you get a friend to share the room with (like i said, its got tons of space enough for two) then its ONLY $500 (per person).
